WEBINAR: September 26

Building a Volunteer-friendly Mental Health Ministry - Part II:

Parishes, schools, and non-profit organizations are facing the same post-pandemic problem: there just aren’t enough hands to do all the work. While some churches have seen attendance and financial giving return to near pre-COVID levels, most communities are experiencing a persistent lack of volunteers in ministries, groups, clubs, and organizations. At the same time, generational and social research tells us that, more and more, people of all ages are looking for a place to contribute their individual strengths and talents in meaningful and impactful ways. New strategies and intentional, deliberate approaches are needed to break through the separation between the growing need in our faith communities and the rich supply of talent and good-will that exists in the people around us.
