Ten (10) conversations on a variety of practical topics important to pastoral ministry today including recruiting volunteers, creating a culture of hospitality, managing stress and avoiding burnout, planning and leading effective rehearsals, sound system essentials, and more!

The Liturgy Forecast [$80 for the entire year]
A series of six (6) conversations, each focused on a season of the liturgical year, providing a firm foundation for planning liturgies, selecting music, designing liturgical environment, writing homilies, and more.
An overview of seasonal “rules and regulations,” the cycle of readings, associated Rites and celebrations, and pastoral considerations.
Professional Learning Communities [appx. $150 per series]
A small cohort of other ministry leaders who share a desire to explore the same topic, question, or issue of practice over a series of 4-5 sessions.
Topics covered include forming young accompanists for ministry, identifying and recruiting volunteers, and change management for parish ministry.
Individual Ministry Coaching [$0 to begin, variable pricing after]
